Fr. Tanudtanud met all the students leaders on July 8, 2010 to share with them the university's direction for 2010-2014, the vision/mission as well as the core values. He wanted them as student leaders of the university to know and understand why NDU is working towards its directions of having autonomous status by 2014, building culture driven by NDUs core values of faith, integrity, respect, excellence and service, developing human resource and ensuring institutional growth.

Administrators of the different sectors were also invited to share their office's role in the formation of the students and operations of the university. The administrators were: Mr. Conrado Pioquinto, CPA, VPF; Prof. Sheila G. Algabre, VPIM; Fr. Irvin Morastil, OMI, University Chaplain; Mr. Joseph Fernandez, Program Coordinator, OCD; Mr. Essex Giguiento, Program Coordinator, Peace Center; Virgie Carzo, Manager, Special Services; Grace Talamillo, Director, IMO. Also, Anthony Garcing, President of the Employees Assemly, presented the role of the Non-Teaching Personnel in the operations of the university.
