Specifically, it hoped to determine the progress of sector program implementation vis-a-vis the KRAPIS; identify major concerns and challenges in achieving the KRAPIs; identify possible mechanisms, strategies or interventions to address major concerns and challenges; and assess the feasibility of implementing the remaining programmed activities of the sector for the school year.

Participated in by 43 administrators, the midyear assessment was able to surface major challengess and mechanisms; points of convergence among the sectors of the academic affairs, identity and mission, finance and the offices under the President; and future directions of the University.
